I have extensive experience working in small design studios, mid-size advertising agencies and large corporate environments. I was hired as a designer two months before I graduated from the Ivy School of Professional Art by one of my instructors, who owned a small design firm. I have worked as a designer for the past 35 years. While I have always loved working as a graphic designer, I also enjoyed being chosen to introducing new team members as to company procedure, familiarize them with executing brand for client advertising and instructing them in the software programs that each company used. I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a 4.0 GPA and a degree in Information Systems. As an education advocate, I have mentored school-age children with English, Writing, and computer skills. A Little Bit About Me...

I have helped tutor friends’ kids on math from little school to high school. I have taken math all the way up to Differential equations and feel alright tutoring up to calculus one. I do not possess documented experience from schools or other organizations. I am a very highly motivated individual that does not mind helping others. I also have experience in teaching or helping coach little league sports educating kids on how to play games correctly. I have also been an assistant coach and helped out at Clinton Community College with girl’s softball under the head coach.
I like to teach using examples, either on a board to show a person step by step first. Then try to give the student examples to try to solve themselves. If this does not work I continue to breakdown a problem until we can clearly identify where the student is having trouble.
