The best successes come after their greatest disappointments

I like to make my tutoring sessions productive by encouraging students to work hard to complete the taste in order to receive a reward in the form of a game or something they enjoy doing. I am very thorough in correcting assignments and make sure they fully understand the concept they are working on. I am very helpful in stimulating critical thinking for creative writing assignments.

My comments on tutoring Composition : I enjoy writing, its process, & the vocabulary that goes into it. I feel competent helping others with their writing without imposing my writing style on them. I especially like teaching composition because it incorporates all aspects of language arts, which are near and dear to my heart.

My comments on tutoring Composition : I am passionate about writing. I use various writing tools to assist my students to succeed. I want to share the various techniques to aid them in good writing habits.

Expereinced SAT / ACT/ GRE tutor with perfect scores

Flexible - it depends on the student's needs and preference. One size fits all teaching is poor teaching.
My tutoring experience has mainly focused on SAT / ACT prep and ESL (TOEFL). I have also been a high school / middle school teacher in social studies / history / humanities for the past 4 years. I'm now working on my Masters at UH-Manoa. I have experience in being a student in both business, math, science and language arts. I hired tutors for my children and I tutored my children but I have not begun to tudor myself.
