I am a kenisthetic learner but when "hands on" is really not an option I (especially with mathematics) draw so that I have a visual, physical representation of the task at hand.
I have never had formal experience tutoring. However Throughout my years of schooling I would participate in study groups which I see as everyone tutoring eachother. I also have two siblings, one very close in age and the other is approximately four years younger. Needless to say, I frequently helped my younger sister with her homework. I have been learning and speaking Spanish for 13 years! I would argue that my understanding of grammar is better than most native speakers. I majored in Spanish at Brigham Young University. I lived in the Foreign Language Student Residence for a school year to become more fluent. I also did a couple of mission trips in Mexico and a summer internship with a local Spanish radio station.
