I am a PhD student and college instructor and tutor with over 8 years of experience. I've taught from the elementary to college levels throughout my career. I'm trained in teaching language which includes all four competencies: listening, speaking, reading and writing. I specializing in teaching English (Composition and ESL), Spanish, Portuguese and French. I try to incorporate a variety of instructional methods, materials, and evaluations in my teaching style since no two students learn exactly the same way. Over my 35 years of classroom instruction, I have developed a number of techniques that are successful. A Little Bit About Me...

My first language is Spanish, my second language is English. I grew up in Ecuador for 28 years and when I got married, I moved to the States. I majored in Special Education while in my home country and Special Education became my profession. When I came to the states I realised I had to take the GACE exam in order to be a teacher here along with SPANISH test, so I did exactly that and became a teacher in Peach County teaching Spanish I and II. I have been teaching Spanish for 3 years. I am also teaching my own kids Spanish as their second language.
