I have 27 years of experience teaching and case managing public school special education students in grades 9-12. As a graduate with an engineering related BS degree from North Carolina State University, my background intense in the maths and sciences. After entering the workforce for a few years, I took a few classes in education to acquire my teaching license in comprehensive science at the secondary level. I have taught primarily chemistry and physical science for 3.5 years, but have also taught biology and earth science.
