I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Accounting with a minor in Economics and plan to continue my education into a Masters of Science in Accountancy program. During my tenure as a student, I had the opportunity to work four years in the college's Academic Resource Center as a writing consultant where I assisted students to improve their writing ability and to understand that writing should be look at the process rather than attempt to "correct" each paper. In addition being a writing consultant, I also acted as a student assistant for the center as well. A Little Bit About Me...

I love the Direct Teaching Method, which speaks directly to a child's Learning Style (visual, tactile, auditory, etc.) I start out a session with an activity to capture the child's attention. The guided lesson in reaing, writing, math and language arts is conducted through comprehensive explanation and demonstration.
