My comments on tutoring ADD/ADHD : Before becoming a Certified Public Librarian, I greatly enjoyed working with children of all ages with different abilities in several acclaimed summer recreation camps and art class settings. More recently, I have worked with ADD/ADHD children who need assistance in reading, support in concentration, and coordination in reaching goals.

After six years of social work experience as a caseworker for Westchester County Department of Social Services where I worked extensively with families and children with special needs, I returned to college to receive my Master's degree in Library and Information Science. A Little Bit About Me...

In having a great passion for working with/teaching children, I think that it is immensely important to remember that everyone has a different way of learning. Some ways work better for some as opposed to others. My teaching style is always based around the children that I am teaching.
