I have served as a substitute teacher in Hayward, CA for 1 1/2 years. I worked as a tutor for Learning & Loving It in San Jose, CA for 3 years. I served as a tutor and teacher of adult education in Loganville, GA for 1 year. I am currently on the substitute teacher roster for the Vicksburg School District, and I have been so for two years.
I first introduce myself and get to know a little about the student I am tutoring. Then, I establish a baseline of what they have learned so that I can direct my attention to their strengths and weaknesses. A Little Bit About Me...

I have received my BA in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice. Combining the the two fields has enabled me to work with many different people of many different age groups. I have gained a news sense of respect for individuals who want to make a life for themselves and want to advance to higher levels of education.
I want all children to have a chance. I feel that as a graduate of an accredited university, I am qualified to help the children get to where they need to be.
