A Little Bit About Me...
I believe most students can succeed if they are taught good studying skills. I teach study skills, organizational skills, and note taking skills. I do not only teach names, dates, and places but I also teach them to learn to be able to retell the narrative which helps them to remember the names, dates and places.
I have a Master of Arts degree in US History. I also teach online for a major online university. This has helped to me to understand what a student needs to know in order to succeed in college today. I believe that most students can do well in History or other subjects if they are taught the subject material and studying skills. In the past, I worked at a school for high school boys who had failed in school or who had trouble with the law.
