I was a teacher's assistant and a job coach at Ayden Grifton High School FROM 2000-2003. My main experience comes from having an Autistic child who has ADHD. I love to help students become over achievers. I discovered that my success is directly related to how I overcame my past challenges with math, particularly Algebra. Reflecting back on the years when I attended high school, I struggled with math. Once I was accepted to NC A&T, I realized that I had developed a fear of math and did not understand basic algebraic concepts.
