My comments on tutoring English ESOL : Working on a MA in Applied Linguistics with an ESOL concentration

Aside from my degrees, I tutored fellow students (and even professors) in either Spanish or German throughout 2006-2010. I studied abroad in Costa Rica and Germany and lived in Spain for a year teaching English. I have extensive knowledge of both Latin American and Peninsular Spanish and my German is mostly Northern. I began learning Spanish in 2002 and German in 2004.

In 2007, I graduated from Penn State with a plan of attending graduate school for Creative Writing. I was devastated when I received three rejection letters from schools I admired.
