My teaching style is process based. Know the fundamental process for solving a problem then repetition to recognize how to get to a solution. Through multipe problem solutions we are able to come to an understanding that it is not to hard to learn.
I have been an Engineer for over 20 years. I have 3 children the youngest in Middle school, the other 2 have graduated High Schcool. I hav ebeen mentoring in the community for 3 years in math and 4 years during college tutoring in math, engineering, and sceince. A Little Bit About Me...

I have one BS in Electrical Engineering, and while an upper-class student tutored younger students. As a senior, I also tutored Intro to EE students on request 2-3 times per week. I currently teach Leadership basics to enlisted Marines during the week. I have a heavy math and science backgrounds based on my major, but also have self-studied psychology, history, and technical writing. I can tutor in almost any subject at the high school level, and engineers or math/science courses at the collegiate level.
In my military experience, I see all sorts of learning styles and ability levels. I am able to break down hard concepts of math/science/engineering so that regardless of learning style, we can work towards understanding.
