I am in my sixth year of teaching high school mathematics in Rural West Tennessee. I am currently teaching Geometry, and I have also taught Algebra 1 and Bridge Math. I am certified and highly qualified to teach all content areas for Grades 9-12, as well as middle school mathematics. While I was working on my masters degree, I was a Graduate Teaching Assistant for The Reading Center at The University of Tennessee at Martin. I have been involved in higher education since my 2nd year of college. I would have taught high school but I found higher ed to be more interesting. I have a BS in Biology with a minor in Computer Science. I also have a M.Ed. in Education Administration and Supervision with 17 graduate hours of Biology.
