I worked with children on the spectrum and also MR kids. I have taught in a life skills classroom where we learned different ways to use our learning and take it into the community. I enjoy teaching and working with all children. They are our future. Through my teaching career, I have seen that children learn in many different ways. Some children learn faster than others and there are some children who are visual learners and others who are audio learners. When I first meet children either in a classroom or by tutoring them, I like to give a quick assessment of their learning because that is how I derive my lessons.
