As a college graduate and a teacher, I have aspired to help students from K through college to achieve their goals and to be the best they can be. I believe that students learn best when they are involved in the process. I beieve that learning comes about through constant questioning. The student needs to review where they are now and then be led through the new material by small steps. The student then needs to step back and review the connections between these steps. When the student begins to see the logic of mathematics the easier it is to retain the material. I try to provide concrete examples and relate the material to things with which they are familiar.
