A Little Bit About Me...

I spent more than 15 years in the business world as a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner. I have worked as an auditor, controller, banker and forensic consultant and fraud examiner. Since 2003, I have been Adjunct Faculty at Central Piedmont Community College where I have teach Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Business Math and Personal Financial Planning.
I thorough enjoy teaching and the personal connection I have with my students. I work with my students to increase their subject matter knowledge, and try to use real life examples to make the subject matter relevant to their lives. I also enjoy identifying their personal learning style and enjoy coaching students on making the most of their learning style and working to relieve test-taking anxiety.
