Elementary Reading is one of my top subjects! Reading is a skill which not everyone appreciates. For me reading has always been an important part of my life. I learned how to read at a very young age and my level of reading has always surpassed my peers throughout school. I understand that for many people reading is challenging not only mentally but physically. It requires self discipline and focus. My experience is more from life than anything. Creating Confident Students via Creative Learning

I like to use hands on and/or creative teaching methods when possible. I believe that practice and persistence makes perfect. I would say that my teaching style is "outside of the box". I use this effective method when possible, due to the fact that typically students have tried more standardized methods and have not been able to learn from them; therefore they seek tutoring.

A Little Bit About Me...

I have always been an honors student and am currently taking the highest levels of math (AP Calculus) and spanish (Spanish 5) at my high school. I am involved in Peer Mentors at my school and have tutored multiple students in a variety of subjects. I have also tutored students outside of school, mostly in math.
