Received the RIAM silver medal at 15 for piano, and the gold medal at 18 years of age. Played drums for 12+ years. I understand that each student has his learning style and prefers specific modalities such as: games & puzzles, logical sequential, the arts, naturalistic, etc. Although those would not be the only modalities I would use to educate my students, I feel that I must acknowledge this and respond with a portion of the lessons directed at personal interest.
