My comments on tutoring Shakespeare : I have read many Shakespeare plays and have done close analyses as well.

I absolutely love performing and any aspect of theatre. I love learning and growing in my theatre knowledge and experiences. I have been performing in some way my whole world and love to share my passion with others. I also love English and Shakespeare; obviously these both go hand in hand with theatre!
I do not have a definitive teaching style. When teaching someone, I usually try to adapt to their learning style, and if they do not have a strategy that works, I help them develop a good learning style and get comfortable with it. I like to think I make learning difficult things more fun and approachable.

A Little Bit About Me...

I graduated from Ohio State in June 2011 with a BS in molecular genetics. I graduated with honors and with a GPA of 3.657. I have taken the MCAT with a score of 33 (10-BS, 12-PS, 11-V). I have never worked professionally as a tutor but I have tutored friends extensively throughout my college experience. I have an extensive background in biology, physics, chemistry, and the humanities. I am very well rounded in all subjects and would have no problem teaching any part of the MCAT, or any other educational material.
I really enjoy working with students, especially at the college level, who have not experienced a great deal of success in a particular subject and aspire to do better. I can teach many different styles to suit different learning styles. I truly believe in the mastery technique. My 9 year old has ADD and severe dyslexia so i have to employ many different styles to meet her needs. Being a great teacher is all about knowing and understanding your student and how they learn.
I am currently pursuing my BS degree in business management and finance. I have completed all of my math requirements and passed calculus with an "A" average. I home school my 9 year old daughter and really enjoy watching her learn and grow.
