After graduating from the University of Toledo with a B.S., I used the math classes that I took to help tutor kids in the Columbus, OH area in basic math and algebra. I am currently taking extra classes in communication and writing. For the last ten years I've been working with others writing screenplays dealing with the creative side of other's perspectives.
With my personality, I love being around children and helping them with any problems whether it be in school or general problems they are going through. Normally, this takes investing time into not only the child, but the family, to see what the kids like and why. A Little Bit About Me...

My methods are rather traditional. I beleive that there is no way around hard work. I will explain the problems in many different ways in order for the student to grasp a particular concept. I also am a irm believer that the more problems a student does, the better they become in doing the material.
Taught AP, Honors and Regent level Biology and Honors Physics at Preston High School in NY Most of my students recieved Mastery or above on state exams at the end of the year.Most of my students scored above 620 on the SAT biology subject exam. Tutored throughout my college years the subjects: Chemistry, Biology, Anatomy and Physiology and Microbiology.
