I am a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania. I obtained a BS in Chemistry and a minor in Math. I have always had a good understand of the sciences and mathematics. I have learned good written skills due to many research papers and laboratory reports. Throughout college I was a laboratory assistant for a physical chemistry lab and helped prepare the chemicals for the organic chemistry labs.

I graduated from a Pennsylvania Systems of Higher Education college with a B.S. in Mathematics and a minor in Physics. The entire time I was enrolled I was a tutor in the Math Assistant Center as one of the top tutors. I was always told I should be a teacher but for now I am on a quest to get my PhD. I enjoy tutoring anywhere from beginners algebra in middle school all the way to college classes like Ordinary/Partial Differential Equations, Linear Algebra, Abstract Algebra, and some physics.

I belief that conceptual understanding is the foundation of learning. Teaching kids to solve a specific problem that they can't do doesn't accomplish much, in my opinion. Going back to the concept and helping them really understand what is going on, either physically or mathematically, will not only help them with the problem they have, but give them a basis for future knowledge.
