Being a college graduate has allowed me to pursue my dream of helping and working with children. I have earned a BS in Human Services with a concentration in Psychology, and am currently enrolled in a Master's program for Community Mental Health Counseling. Throughout my college career, I have attained extensive knowledge in regards to writing, reading, psychology, and study habits. In addition, I have excellent mathematical and communication skills. A Little Bit About Me...

I have worked as a tutor in my college's writing center and as a teaching assistant in major course requirements. I will graduate at the end of this month with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in English, having completed more than 90 credit hours in literature studies and 18 credit hours of creative writing. I am a recipient of the Haussner Endowed Writing Award and have presented my work at the Sigma Tau Delta English Honor Society annual convention (2010 & 2011) and my college's Student Research Day. I not only have studied writing and literature and taught it, but I love it. I greatly enjoy reading and writing and like to impart that love on my students.
