Earth Science is one of my top subjects! Received a bachelors of science degree in Environmental Resource Management from Penn State University. This type major encompasses all aspects of science ranging from chemistry to physics to biology in order to understand the world and environment around us.

Since graduating from college I have been learning more and more about the natural world around us. I have spent time as a professional biologist performing a wide array of tasks that encompass chemistry and engineering with aspects to biological studies. Field Biology and Fisheries biology are my strongest suits, but I also have experience teaching Marine Biology to students visiting to the Florida Keys. We would teach the scientific method as well as lab protocol and field ecological concepts to students during their stay. My teaching style really depends on the person I am working with. People learn different ways. It is important to identify what works best for the person. For example, some people may learn through discussion, while others may need to see pictures or presentations of the subject matter. I like to identify how the person learns first through questions, or by testing them with a simple task first to identify the method which seems to work best for them.
