From 2010-2014, I taught math and science full time at a local Catholic school. In Fall of 2014, I completed my student teaching at a local high school. In January 2015,I received my MA in Math Education along with my state teaching certification. I worked as a Graduate Assistant when I completed my Ph.D. I have helped my daughters with their studies in school after that. My older daughter is now in college. I work full-time in the IT industry and would like to tutor part-time in the evenings or on week-ends in Math and Physics. It is a way for me to keep in touch with academics while helping students.
I was lucky to have had excellent teachers in school. Whenever I see students struggle, I want to show them a way by which they can understand the concept.
