Being a tutor for grades 6-8 was different because they had the basics. They needed to be informed and focused. I believe that there is no such thing as one size fits all teaching. Every student learns in a different way, at a different pace, and much of the fun for me in the process of teaching is improvisation: discovering which methods work best for each student.
