My comments on tutoring Pre-Algebra : I have tutored pre-Algebra and other developmental math.

My style is to build confidence in the student by teaching positive thought processes, study skills, learning techniques, and a strong work ethic. When I was younger I had a really tough time with my speech and with my reading/comprehension. I went through school constantly having to work slower and harder than most students in my class. I was so determined to get better at my learning disabilities that I decided to go to a tutor.
