I also work locally with high school students at my church. In addition, I have worked at Writing Centers at several institutions. I also have helped with successful grant writing for several local organizations.

A Little Bit About Me...

My teaching style is to get all the children involved with the lesson. I feel that students learn better when they are the ones doing the problem at hand and I am there to help them out along the way. I am very patient with children and do not mind going over a problem 10 times until they get it. I feel that all children learn differently, so I come into each child with an open mind to help them.
