I am an extremely flexible teacher. I believe that the onus is on the teacher to help the student find the best way he or she can learn a subject, as well as to read the signs that a student is getting frustrated. I am well trained at assessing the strengths and weaknesses of a person's learning abilities and using that information to teach new material. For example, if teaching a math lesson to someone who doesn't have a natural numerical understanding of math, I would teach the lesson through examples that use their language or spacial skills.
