I graduated from high school in 2011 with special honors and as co-valedictorian. I am now attending the University of Mississippi where I am majoring in accountancy and minoring in business. My passion is writing, so naturally that is what I do best. Every year, I am contacted by numerous students from my high school and also my classmates at Ole Miss about proofreading their papers. I have also worked with helping students study for math classes, including but not limited to pre-algebra and algebra. My best subjects have always been English and math, but I am efficient in all high school level courses with the one exception of science, which has always been my weakness. Need work that will fit around my school schedule.

My teaching style will depend on the students learning style.
I do not have experience with tutoring, but I have had College English Comp. I and II. My teacher I had was very strict about spelling, grammar, etc. She wrote a grammar book and helped write a couple other books, so she was pretty strict about everything we done. I made an A+ in English Comp. I my first semester of college and made a B+ my second semester of college.

I have always enjoyed assisting our youth work through various academic endeavors. I have been tutoring grades k-12 for several years now. I have helped all ages with a wide variety of assignments.
My teaching style varies based on the age of the student. I like to be a little more animated with my k-6 graders. On the other hand, with my 7-12 graders I focus more so on making a connection with the material--showing them how it relates to them.

I believe that every student deserves a quality education, and it is my responsibility not just to lecture or impart information, but to ensure that students gain a fundamental understanding of the material being presented.
