I consider myself more of a facilitator than a dictator but I do expect my students to show initiative. My goal is for every student to succeed.
I have historically been a sketch artist. This talent led to me into graphic design for advertising. I later majored in advertising and worked several internships and practicums with a variety of ad agencies and publication, including Southern Living. Over half of my 24-year is comprised of creative management positions. Recently, I decided to get back into higher education to earn my Masters degree in graphic design.

A Little Bit About Me...

I love working with children of all ages. i understand not everyone learns in the same way so I like to ask questions of the student, let them show me how they do work, and then make it a fit as to how I teach and how they learn. I believe every child can learn and, given the right motivation and stimulation, they will work to do their best. I work with the child from the level where they are and we progress from there. In the end I would hope I have given my all and it is received with good grades.
