Dear Student, Hi. I am a math & statistics tutor and have been tutoring these two and other subjects for last 20 years. I did masters in Math from Lucknow University India in 1983 and then again another Masters from Canada ( University of Western Ontario ) in Statistics 1n 1989. My comments on tutoring Trigonometry : I can help students with subjects such as using sine cosine and tangent, graphing trigonometric functions, the unit circle and reference angles, and trigonometric identities.

I try to work with students to find connections between different aspects of the material that we're working on as well as to find connections to other subjects. I find that by relating specific topics to broader perspectives on a subject as well as related subjects, the student can gain a greater appreciation for the coherence and importance of a particular subject area.
I have experience working with students who are advanced and seeking supplementary tutoring as well as with students who are having difficulty with a subject. I have tutored mathematics as well as chemistry, biology, physics, and other subjects. I have tutored students from a range of ages and I worked with my first student over four years ago while I was in college.

My comments on tutoring Trigonometry : Trigonometry is the in-depth analysis of triangle ratios, and the unfortunately reality is that most curricula is awful. Every aspect of Trig has a visual representation, and we should use it! Let me help you make the connections by animating the unit circle, illustrating identities, graphing functions, and more!

I prefer personal and small group teaching, but I can also do online tutoring with Webex. I like to get to know my students and their goals.
