I have dual certification in Childhood Education and Mathematics 7-12. I have been teaching high school mathemticas for five years including algebra, geometry, and trigonometry. The first four years of my teaching also included organizing and teaching Academic Intervention Services for students that required additional academic instruction in mathematics. My teaching style depends on the student. Some students need more visual and audio while others depend on memorization. I like to modify my style that suits their needs as a learner. I beleive in comprehension skills, memorization and learning key concepts to help them link connections.
