Some people need to see the material, others need to write it out for themselves, and some need to hear the material in order to retain it. I usually try several different approaches until I see a positive response from the student. I graduated Monmouth University in December 2007 with a BA in Business Administration. After graduating I began to substitute teach and tutor in all elementary subjects as well as SAT math. The next semester I began graduate school at Monmouth University to obtain a masters degree in Elementary Education.
