Throughout high school and college I helped numerous classmates develop efficient ways of studying as well as providing assistance to learning and understanding the given material. During high school I mainly tutored my neighbor's young children in elementary subjects. In college I helped fellow classmates in my major and minor. The most challenging tutoring experience I had was when my own brother was diagnosed with schizophrenia and he was taken out of school for months at a time. Hands on- creative-student centered learning!

I think that a lot of learning happens by students being actively engaged in what they are learning. I try to get/make hands on activities for students to learn.

A Little Bit About Me...

I observe the students to see what their learning style is and adjust how I teach according to that.
For nine years I taught at the elementary level in private schools. I taught some inclusive classes and developed plans for my students to succeed. My comments on tutoring Elementary Science : I have studied science ever science elementary schools and have a way of speaking that can simplify moderately challenging concepts.

I am a Mechanical Engineering and Geology dual major with a 3.6 GPA. I understand mathematics very well and have tutored fellow students in math and physics, successfully for years. I have a passion for learning and love when I can help others learn complex material and pass classes. I have aced College Math up through Differential Equations and Calculus 3 algebra, trigonometry and geometry are foundations of the higher mathematics and therefore I understand them extremely well. I know the basics of both electrical and mechanical engineering mathematics.
