Creative Writing is one of my top subjects! I have a B.A. and an M.F.A. in creative writing.

I love working one on one with a student. Wherever the student needs help or wants improvement, that is where I meet them. I'm very patient and extremely friendly, and I am determined to help a student understand in any way I can! I also think cookies help studying :) Sometimes, unusual methods like movie clips, cartoons, reading passages, or other "real-life" experiences help to solidify a topic, so I'm not afraid to think outside the box!

At the tender age of 25 I have already been admitted into the California State Bar as an attorney. I graduated from the University of California, Irvine earning my Bachelor's degree, with cum laude honors, in only 3 years. Shortly thereafter I attended Southwestern Law School where I was a member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Program. I am an excellent writer with exemplary grammatical and communication skills. I have 10 years field experience studying whale and dolphin habitat use, foraging behavior, and human interaction occurances. I also have a strong background in terrestrial wildlife conservation and natural resource policy. I am a Phi Theta Kappa life member as well as a member of the Ecological Society of America (ESA).
