My teaching style varies with each student. I talk with the student to determine his or her personal learning style, and then base my method on the individual student. I believe that every student is unique and I do my best to cater to his or her particular learning style to maximize his or her learning experience. I evaluate the student's strengths and weaknesses, and work to improve the areas that need improvement.
