Throughout all of my years of schooling, I have always been a high-achieve and always driven myself to exceed expectations. Beginning in high school, I tutored all high school math-which I continue to do today-, as well as English and Spanish. My favorite subject were always English and foreign languages. During my five years of college I often tutored my peers and other grade-school students.

What I have learned working with students is that many do not learn in the same manner. I beleive in what is called top process learning. Given the student a concept and allowing them to explore the possibilities of how one arrives at such a concept has allowed deeper critical thinking and strategic planning. However, this method is not predominately taught in Georgia education system. I have found this method to be very effective. The other method is patience. Students who strugge with their academic learning usually are having other areas of difficulty which may be social learning. Having clinical training allows me to make a more accurate assessment.
