While I was working with the Reading by the River program I worked with four different students each of which learned in very different ways. From this I learned at a very early time in my life that it is crucial to cater to each individual students needs. Throughout all of my years of schooling, I have always been a high-achieve and always driven myself to exceed expectations. I like to teach using all types of aid available. If visual, auditory, and verbal stimulants are present I will do my best to integrate them all. By doing so, each child will be able to use their own learning style to understand the subject matter. I am a very cordial person, however I will not tolerate non-sense from students.
