If you can ingite a desire to learn in students, I believe everything falls into place after that. I enjoy placing my student athletes into small groups to discuss for certain periods of time, and then I like to spend the rest of the time talking to them as a whole. I use a lot of repetition, as I think that the more you repeat a concept, the more one will familiarize oneself with it.
