I have taught school for over thirty years, including several years as working in a Random House Reading Lab while working as a Teacher's Aide. I am a published author,have worked a few years as a highest-paid stringer for the Kodiak Mirror as their religious writer, and have taught students from kindergarten through ninth grade. A Little Bit About Me...

I enjoy taking what I know about a subject, weighing what my student's learning style is and then tailoring a lesson so that student best understands the material. I welcome the moment when the lesson "clicks" for the student and when subject matter on paper or in a book becomes personal knowledge. To me, the true skill and knowledge of a teacher can only be quantified in how her student apprehends and applies the lesson.
