Since obtaining my Master’s degree I have had the opportunity to work in coaching and reading specialist positions. This entailed working with both experienced and beginning teachers and students. Through cognitive coaching I formed relationships with these teachers, which allowed me to share my knowledge of best teaching practices in the reading content. My teaching style is one that allows the students to ask any pertinent question about the subject at hand.
