With a degree from Purdue University and continuing on to get a degree in engineering, I am engaged in many areas of science and math. I spent the last three years obtaining my MS in organic chemistry. Of this time, I spent two years teaching and helping undergraduate students with chemistry and biology. I spent one semester teaching general chemistry classes and an additional semester teaching an organic chemistry lab section. In addition to my experience teaching chemistry, my undergraduate degree in biochemistry and my experience working in an agronomy genetics lab has given me a good understanding of genetics and cellular biology.
