As an MBA graduate, I have a level of success in business and business management. I have earned a B.S. in Organizational Management with a minor in Mathematics and an M.B.A. in Organizational Leadership. Prior to moving to Oklahoma, I attended Fort Valley State University and carried double majors of Mathematics and Geology. I did not finish matriculating at Fort Valley. During the past 16 years that I have been in Oklahoma, I have tutored at my church and with teenages in my community at least 12 years as needed. I received a B.A. degree from Central Oklahoma University in 1966. My major was English and my minor was Social Studies. I taught English in grades 9-11 for forty years. American Literature (Junior English) is what I taught the most but am qualified to assist students in understanding various literary genre as well as grammar lessons and writing assignments. I retired from teaching and coaching football after the 2006 school year and would enjoy an opportunity to tutor students if I am knowledgeable in their tasks at hand.

When I tutor a student, I like getting to know the student, their experiences and how their perceptions of topics that they will have to write about in the college arena. The reason is not solely for me to learn the student as an individual and help them specifically, but also to allow the student to learn more about themself so that they inevitably learn how to create definitve theses and write coherently.
