It is my belief that every person learns differently. Students learn best by different methods and learn at different methods. I find that the best way to tech a student, especially in a one on one environment is to find how the individual best learns and use that, rather than trying to teach by any already formulated method.
As an engineering graduate from Georgia Tech, I have a high level of skill in mathematics, from algebra to calculus and differential equations, and in sciences, especially physics. I am quite versatile in my teaching methods since I am a certified educator. I can adjust my teaching style to best match my students learning style. As a classroom teacher, I used a variety of techniques during a single class period to make sure that I reached all students.
I am an experienced and licensed educator in the State of Georgia. I taught high school history for 13 years. I taught US history, world history, Ethnic studies, and an array of other courses. Also, I created and implemented an after school tutorial program for high school students at Statesboro High School.
