Computer Programming is one of my top subjects! Recipient of a bachelors degree in Computer Science for Georgia Regents University. Can tutor in basic programming concepts and I am proficient in front-end development (html, css, javascript, angular.js, jquery, bootstrap), and object oriented programming languages (.net, java).

The teaching style I use is completely dependent on the particular student being taught. My objective is to teach an individual not only the material, but how they best learn so that they can teach themselves. I enjoy using applicable references that are relevant so that the concepts would be more easily grasped. I believe a personalized approach works best. I have earned a double major in Computer Science and Mathematics from Georgia Regents University. During my tenure at GRU, I have tutored students in Basic Math, College Algebra, Calculus, Programming Concepts, Physics, and Differential Equations.

A Little Bit About Me...

As a Paine College student, I do some substitute teaching to have some experience with teaching students a variety of mathematics and other subjects. I will be getting my BS in Mathematics with emphasis of Computer Science. I am planning to get teacher certification in Georgia and start teaching mathematics.
I am very patient with a child when it comes to learning. Some children learn differently than other children. Sometimes I would take each problem one step at a time. If needed, I would spend more time with a child that needs more help with a problem.

A Little Bit About Me...

As an engineering graduate from Georgia Tech, I have a high level of skill in mathematics, from algebra to calculus and differential equations, and in sciences, especially physics. Also, I began my college career at the University of Alabama, where I was in the honors program. There I had to write numerous papers in the subjects of literature and history, while at Georgia Tech I became proficient in writing technical reports. Also, I have performed duties as a lifeguard and Special Olympics assistant coach, while working for Tuscaloosa County Parks and Recreation. I graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Mathematics and a minor in Computer Science TEchnology. I taught school for 5 years. Although i had my own classroom i was never certified since i didn't want to go back to school to take education clases.I have tutored students on all levels of mathematics since i have been in the 5th grade, from elementary on up to collegiate. I continute to do that now on my own time upon request.
