I began my undergraduate career in Indiana in 2009. I finished in 2014 with a BS in Biology and an AS in chemistry. I am currently a Masters student at the VTB here in College Station Texas. I am in the process of switching to a PhD in the Neurosciences here at Texas A&M. I am very reliable and have my own car. I work hard, and have a flexible after school schedule. As a engineer I have been training operators in everything form SPC to troubleshooting for 30 years. I am a volunteer tutor for Adult ESL & GED for the Literacy Council of Williamson County since June 2009. I have worked with adults. I prefer a one on one direct instruction and mentoring, keeping everything simple and fun. I am not sure how well I would be with children; I have none of my own and have not spent much time with my nephews and nieces. While in college (1988-1994), I worked as a grader in the math department, with a goal of providing useful feedback to the students. I also began working as a tutor at Austin Community College (ACC) in their free learning labs at this time. I have worked at ACC for about 10 years, tutoring math classes from basic math through calculus, differential equations, linear algebra, discrete math and probability. I also tutor physics, chemistry, statistics and writing.
