I try to model my own love of learning to my mentee.

I’ve been exploring possible future careers for myself. Recently as I was tutoring one of my classmates with an English assignment, she mentioned to me that I am very easy-going when it comes to helping her learn and understand the assignments. In January of 2012, I gained teaching experience as a part-time English instructor for Korean exchange students (ages ranging from 13 to 17 years old). My responsibility for this job was to provide the students with appropriate exercises and assignments to assist them in improving their English reading skills. I also gave lessons in vocabulary and assignments to help them better understand the proper usage of the vocabulary words.
