I started out as a Computer Instructor and enjoyed teaching computer classes but something was missing. I saw that my children was not getting the education in the school system that I desired for them. I had wonderful teachers in school and Math was my favorite subject. I have earned a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering and working on my Master's degree in Engineering Management. Post-pubescent persons have a great capacity to learn abstract material; all that is necessary to open that potential is to motivate them. I do not specialize in that motivation. I do, however, excel at taking a puzzled student and explaining the difficult material in a way that makes sense to him or her.
