I have an unparalleled amount of patience.

My first teaching experience was in high school teaching at after school programs about basic economic principles that may apply to kids. That was my first time understanding that I have potential to assist others in grasping topics. In my college career, I found myself teaching people everything from music to proper uses of tense/grammar. It was there that i learned that you really only learn a small fraction of what you need to help you in life in the classroom. The rest must be learned on your own or with some one-on-one counseling. I know that any information can possibly be simplified and made clearer with a little time and attention to towards looking at the bigger picture or basic concept.

I am the son of two teachers. I was raised around teaching and it is simply in my blood. I love the teaching in the classroom, I love teaching individual students, I love teaching. Not only do I have a passion to teach, I also have the knowledge and the ability to do so and to make it relevant. I find that students learn better when they see how the material relates to their lives. They want to know why it matters. I strive to show students the reasons for learning things and at the same time I teach the material.
