I feel that each child is different and based off of their temperment and ability I individualize my approach. I feel that children learn best when they are respected and acknowledged. I consider many different approaches once I meet and begin working with a student.
After earning my BS in Elementary Education from Indiana University I took a teaching position with INSCCAP in 2008. My primary responsibility is to assess development and individualized education needs of the children in my class. I went on to change my major to psychology where I gained knowlege of social and behavioral sciences, as well as research technologies and statistical analysis. Since graduating college with a B.A. in psychology, I have worked as a psychology researcher, accounting assistant, and in 3 different roles for an international pharmaceutical company. Through my job experience, I have gained knowledge in different business disciplines and areas such as Lean/Six Sigma and Supply Chain/Logistics planning.

I graduated in May, 2010 from Indiana University with a BS in Biology and a minors in Environmental Management and African American Diaspora Studies. Through my biology curriculum I took many math, chemistry, biology and physics classes.
